About the Clinic
Established in 1971, our practice is committed to providing excellent patient care for your whole family. At Advanced EyeCare Centers the doctors and staff focus on our patients’ individual needs by using modern technology and experience.
All three offices offer a wide array of services including comprehensive vision exams, contact lens fittings, and yearly contact lens exams, as well as detection and management of eye diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.

Randolph Fincher, O.D
Dr. Fincher was born in Aurora, attended Colorado State University and graduated from the University of Houston, College of Optometry with honors in 1971. He has been a FDA investigator for various contact lens materials. Dr. Fincher is certified in Advanced Ocular Treatment and Laser Refractive Surgery Co-Management.
Marla McHugh, O.D
Dr. McHugh was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, received her undergraduate degree from the Honors College at the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2000. Dr. McHugh is certified in Advanced Ocular Treatment and in Laser Refractive Surgery Co-Management.
Edward Golesh, O.D
Dr. Golesh was raised in Arvada, attended undergraduate school in Nebraska and at the University of Colorado in Denver. He is a 1987 graduate of the Pacific University, college of Optometry. Dr. Golesh is certified in Advanced Ocular Treatment, Laser Refractive Surgery Co-Management and Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT).
Laura Juba, O.D
Dr. Juba was born in Denver, attended Colorado State University and graduated from Pacific University, College of Optometry. She has been certified in Advanced Ocular Treatment and in Laser Refractive Surgery Co-Management. Dr. Juba is a member of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens Section.
Hayes Redmond, O.D
Dr. Hayes Redmond has practiced optometry in southeast Denver since 1999. He received his B.S. in Biology, and Anatomy and Physiology from Colorado State University and his professional degree from Pacific University College of Optometry. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association.
